Job Title: Electrical Class B    1st Shift    Starting Pay: $24.35

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Work from Schematics, diagrams, Bill of Materials and instructions to wire balers and related components including Auto Tiers, MCC, CC, etc. with some supervision
  • Use pipe threading and bending equipment, amp probe/meter, wire cutters, wrenches, volt meter, tape measure and a variety of other job related tools.
  • Must be familiar with and trained to work with voltages of 24VDC – 600 VAC. Wire motors, transformers, disconnects, valves, relays and other related parts.
  • Monitor and keep management apprised of shortages, quality issues, and other roadblocks that may interfere with timely completion of production requirements.
  • Maintain accurate accounting of your time and production records using EPICOR terminals or other methods as defined by management.
  • Must be able to efficiently work on projects with some supervision on a daily basis.
  • Effectively communicate with supervision and other employees to establish and maintain proper flow of parts and information to and from your department.
  • When necessary, work with your group leader, supervisor, and engineering to assure BOM and schematic accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by group leader or supervision.

Job Title: Welder Class B    1st Shift    Starting Pay: $24.35

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform diversified duties within the shop relating to the welding of various parts, assemblies, balers, etc. involved in the manufacture of the company’s product line.
  • Must be able to work from prints, bills of materials, work orders, etc. with little guidance from management.
  • Monitor and keep group leader and supervision apprised of shortages, quality issues, and other roadblocks that may interfere with timely completion of production requirements.
  • Maintain all necessary reports, records, timesheets, etc. daily as required.
  • Maintain a system of orderly storage of required tools, supplies, and parts required within the department.
  • Effectively communicate with supervision or group leader as necessary to establish and maintain proper flow of parts and information to and from your department.
  • Communicate with group leader and supervision for print changes, updates, and modifications.
  • Must be able to proficiently burn, and weld using most currently accepted processes. (Arc, MIG, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
