Job Title: General Laborer    1st Shift    Starting Pay: $20.80 ($21.80 after 120 days)         

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Load and unload burning table as needed.
  • Deburr parts as required, and deliver them to their proper storage location.
  • Update part locations as required using the form provided.
  • Assist with cleaning, and rebuilding the burning table.
  • Stage parts for the welders by pulling parts according to the bill of material including required jigs/fixtures, etc. as requested.
  • Must be proficient at safely moving materials using fork truck and overhead crane.
  • Properly complete all required daily paperwork.
  • Repair parts using the welder as needed.
  • Assist with Janitorial Tasks as required.
  • Assist with Painting tasks as required.
  • Help in other departments as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision and/or group leader.

Job Title: Machinist Class B    1st Shift    Starting Pay: $22.35

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Plan, set-up and perform a variety of machining operations on any company machinery and equipment following generally standard practice and procedures.
  • Set-up and operate equipment for boring, milling, drilling tapping, honing, drilling, cutting, etc on a variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys.
  • Set-up and operate machines such as drill presses, boring mill, lathe, broaching and honing equipment, CNC mills (horizontal and vertical), CNC lathe with supervision.
  • Must be able to work from blueprints, specifications, work orders, instructions and other information with supervision. Determine and set feeds, speeds, etc according to material and finish requirements.
  • Must be able to understand, adjust and modify CNC programs as required with supervision.
  • Must be able to hold tolerances as required by prints and specification.
  • Must be proficient at using a variety of measurement tools accurately.
  • Complete all required daily paperwork and documentation.
  • Assist with machine repair and preventive maintenance as required.
  • Must work in a safe manner at all times.
  • Keep group leader and supervision apprised of any issues, machine problems etc. at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Job Title: Maintenance & Repair  Class B    1st Shift    Starting Pay: $22.35

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform a vast range of operations to repair, rebuild, modify, maintain and install all shop and facility equipment. Trades include in part: carpentry, painting, pipefitting, plumbing, welding, electrical, hydraulic, etc.
  • Maintain an inspection system as required for key lifting devices, fire suppression systems, tow motors, air systems, electrical systems, etc.
  • Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance plan for all key plant equipment.
  • Monitor and establish a key component stocking program for key plant equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Job Title: Press Operator  Class B    1st Shift    Starting Pay: $22.35

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Plan, set-up and perform a variety of operations on various company machinery and equipment following generally standard practice and procedures with some supervision.
  • Set-up and operate equipment for drilling, tapping, bending, shearing, punching, sawing, etc. on a variety of materials with some supervision.
  • Must be able to work from prints, specifications, work orders, instructions and other information with some supervision.
  • Must be able to hold tolerances as required by prints and specification.
  • Must be proficient at using a variety of measurement tools accurately.
  • Complete all required daily paperwork and documentation within Epicor.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance as required.
  • Must be proficient with the use of a computer.
  • Must work in a safe manner at all times.
  • Keep group leader and supervision apprised of any issues, machine problems etc. at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by group leader or supervision.
