Job Title:        Press Operator             Class:  B               Pay: $22.85 / hour          Shift: 3rd

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Plan, set-up and perform a variety of operations on various company machinery and equipment following generally standard practice and procedures with some supervision.
  • Set-up and operate equipment for drilling, tapping, bending, shearing, punching, sawing, etc on a variety of materials with some supervision.
  • Must be able to work from prints, specifications, work orders, instructions and other information with some supervision.
  • Must be able to hold tolerances as required by prints and specification
  • Must be proficient at using a variety of measurement tools accurately.
  • Complete all required daily paperwork and documentation within Epicor.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance as required.
  • Must be proficient with the use of a computer.
  • Must work in a safe manner at all times.
  • Keep group leader and supervision apprised of any issues, machine problems etc. at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by group leader or supervision

Job Title:      Maintenance & Repair                        Pay: $22.85 / hour          Shift: 3rd

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform a vast range of operations to repair, rebuild, modify, maintain and install all shop and facility equipment. Trade’s include in part: millwright work, carpentry, painting, masonry, pipefitting, plumbing, HVAC, welding, electrical, hydraulic, etc.
  • Maintain an inspection system as required for key lifting devices, fire suppression systems, etc.
  • Establish and maintain a preventive maintenance plan for all key plant equipment.
  • Monitor and establish a key component stocking program for key plant equipment.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly checks as necessary on air systems, electrical systems, cranes, tow motors, HVAC, etc.
  • Support the safety team with knowledge, remedies, solutions, etc. regarding areas of concern.
  • Keep the plant manager and area supervisors appraised of key areas for concern regarding safety, breakdowns, planed and non-planned downtime.

Job Title:      Welder Class B                        Pay: $22.85 / hour          Shift: 3rd

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Perform diversified duties within the shop relating to the welding of various parts, assemblies, balers, etc. involved in the manufacture of the company’s product line.
  • Must be able to work from prints, bills of materials, work orders, etc. with little guidance from management.
  • Monitor and keep group leader and supervision apprised of shortages, quality issues, and other roadblocks that may interfere with timely completion of production requirements.
  • Maintain all necessary reports, records, timesheets, etc. daily as required.
  • Maintain a system of orderly storage of required tools, supplies, and parts required within the department.
  • Effectively communicate with supervision or group leader as necessary to establish and maintain proper flow of parts and information to and from your department.
  • Communicate with group leader and supervision for print changes, updates, and modifications.
  • Must be able to proficiently burn, and weld using most currently accepted processes. (Arc, MIG, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Job Title:      Final Assembly Class B                       Pay: $22.85 / hour          Shift: 3rd

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  •  Perform duties required to complete final assembly of all the company’s product line.
  •  Must be able to work from prints, bills of materials, work orders, etc. with some guidance from management or group leader.
  •  Monitor and keep management apprised of shortages, quality issues, and other roadblocks that may interfere with timely completion of production requirements.
  •  Maintain all necessary reports, records, Epicor transactions, etc. daily as required.
  •  Maintain a system of orderly storage of required tools, supplies, and parts required within the department.
  •  Use hand drills, reamers, grinders, hammers, wrenches, and other hand tools necessary to assemble balers and components. Operate crane and fork lift as required to move materials. Obtain materials from other departments as needed.
  •  Drill and ream holes, shim and grind parts as necessary to assure proper fit and alignment.
  •  Effectively communicate with supervision, group leader, and other departments as necessary to establish and maintain proper flow of parts and information to and from your department. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

Job Title:      General Laborer                      Shift: 1st and 3rd

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Working in a Heavy Steel Processing Industrial Atmosphere.
  •  Heavy Lifting.
  •  Load and unload burning table as needed.
  •  Deburr parts as required, and deliver them to their proper storage location
  •  Update part locations as required using the form provided
  •  Assist with cleaning, and rebuilding the burning table
  •  Stage parts for the welders by pulling parts according to the bill of material including required jigs/fixtures, etc. as requested.
  •  Must be proficient at safely moving materials using fork truck and overhead crane
  •  Properly complete all required daily paperwork
  •  Repair parts using the welder as needed.
  •  Assist with Janitorial Tasks as required
  •  Assist with Painting tasks as required
  •  Help in other departments as required
  •  Perform other duties as assigned by supervision and/or group leader.

Starting Pay

  • 1st Shift - $20.30
  • 3rd Shift - $21.30
  • $1.00 pay increase after 120 days
